Welcome to Mountain View Canvas! We are glad you are here and hope to serve you in any way possible. We want to take a moment and tell you a little bit about us and our business adventure. We purchased the business from a family friend in 2015 and have rolled with it from there! Like all small businesses we have had our share of success and failure along the way. We started as a family of 2 and have grown into a family of 4 over the years. Our kids are very much apart of our business and have been since day one. We strive to hold a line of honest quality work for a fair price and hope to pass those qualities onto our children as well. We started out as strictly a job by job custom shop and have now been able to expand into offering a small line of off the shelf ready to go products that we offer here on our website. While we enjoy the work we do, we also have other passions in life that we pursue and enjoy, some of which include farming, cattle, and horses.

“ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.” Colossians 3:23. I can't explain our mission statement as a business any better than this verse. I read a book several years ago that was showcasing several horse barns and stable managers over in England, and a particular quote from one of the managers stuck out to me. He said  the problem with most workers today is they are not proud of their work.  When we purchased the business, and to this very day, that has been a code we work by: to be proud of our work, and not in the sense of a price tag, but in the sense that we are proud to put our name on it and take claim to the fact we built it. That to me is the best quality control there is!
